Washscope Condition Engine / Proprietary system

A condition model that compounds with every clean.

Washscope maintains a live state model of each property. Geometry, surface scope, environmental exposure, observed condition and verified service events are fused into a maintenance estimate that is recalculated as evidence changes.

Evidence model

One system. Four evidence layers.

01Persistent property state

The asset, not the address.

Geometry, surface scope, access and nearby canopy form a model that stays with the property.

02Exposure history

Conditions over time.

Rainfall, wet days, wind and solar context change the estimated rate of deterioration.

03Verified service events

A clean is ground truth.

Technician evidence records what was found, what was completed and when the condition state reset.

04Decision thresholds

Intervene on condition.

The owner’s preferred standard determines the point at which maintenance becomes recommended.

Closed-loop calibration

Each service event reduces uncertainty in the next one.

Washscope does not treat a homeowner estimate as ground truth. It records who supplied each observation, when it was captured and how much confidence it should carry. Verified technician evidence has greater weight after the visit.

Compounding advantageEvery completed clean creates a new calibration point.

The engine can compare its estimate with observed condition, reset the property state and start the next cycle from stronger evidence. That longitudinal record is the part a generic booking system cannot recreate.

Model integrity

Evidence has a source, a timestamp and a confidence level.

Longer maintenance windows are based on observed history and seasonal scenarios—not a fictional year-long weather forecast—and are recalculated as real conditions arrive.

Traceable
Input provenance is preserved.
Weighted
Verified evidence outranks estimates.
Recalculated
The window moves when conditions do.
